Lindsay & Michael 10.5.13 Hilton

Lindsay and Michael celebrated with 250 friends and family members at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Champaign. The room looked amazing decorated in plum and silver.

The silver chargers we provided finished off the tables nicely. We loved the centerpieces too! The vases lit up and the flowers were amazing. The flower arrangements had plum with touches of green which looked great with the rest of the room.

We provided the white polyester chair covers and the plum satin chair sashes. We did a fold over tie for the chair sashes, which is a more modern look. We also used 32 purple uplights around the room to incorporate more purple.

The candles along the head drew a lot of attention to head table along with the monogram, which was located on the backdrop. For their monogram, they decided on their first names and wedding date, along with a simple design.

We used a spot light on their gorgeous cake. The rhinestones really shimmered with the additional light. It was an amazing night and Ryan had a great time DJing. We wish this couple the best in their new marriage!

Brittany & Derick 10.5.13 City View

Brittany and Derick held their reception at City View in Champaign with 150 guests. They went with a soft gold and ivory color scheme. The room looked beautiful and the view of downtown Champaign is amazing at this venue!

We provided them with gold chiavari chairs and ivory chair pads. The chiavari chairs added so much elegance to the space! Every table had floor length satin linens in cappuccino. This color went really well with the gold chiavari chairs.

We had a great time DJing for the evening as well! The room looked absolutely beautiful and we love how everything came together. We hope the bride and groom enjoyed their evening. We wish Mr. and Mrs. Dahlstrom the best in their new marriage.

Jenna & Brian 9.28.13 Beef House

Jenna and Brian held their reception and ceremony at the Beef House in Covington, Indiana. The room was set for 150 friends and family of the bride and groom. The ceremony took place on the stage while guests looked on from their seats.

We provided the white backdrop for the head table along with uplighting and a custom monogram. For this venue, we used 32 purple uplights around the room. This color looked amazing on the white backdrop! The monogram design they chose included their names and wedding date, along with a pretty scroll design. We also paired the white polyester chair covers with plum satin sashes to finish off the room.

We used a spotlight on the cake that was in the corner of the room, so it was sure to be seen by all guests. We thought the room look amazing, and Ryan had a great time DJing! We want to wish the new Mr. and Mrs. Maxian the best in their new marriage!

Kelci & Cody 9.7.13 Hilton

Kelci and Cody held their reception at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Champaign. They were joined by 250 friends and family in the Chief Ballroom. We provided the DJ, uplighting, monogram, chair covers and sashes for the day.

They chose to go with ivory polyester chair covers and plum satin sashes. We used 24 amber uplights around the room to create a neutral background for the touches of plum.

We also incorporated 8 plum uplights behind the head table to incorporate more color to the room. We provided the monogram for the dance floor as well. They chose a design that showcased their first names, last name initial, and wedding date.

Monograms on the dance floor always make for beautiful first dance photos! We love the look of this room and how everything came together. We wish this couple the best in their new marriage! We had a great time and hope you guys enjoyed your wedding day!

Stephanie & Tim 8.24.13 Holiday Inn

Stephanie and Tim celebrated with 250 guests at the Holiday Inn. Their room had a very romantic feel. The amber uplights we placed around the room looked great with their champagne, gold, and white color scheme.

Their tables were beautiful! We provided the gold chiavari chairs, champagne table linens, and backdrop for the head table. Their centerpieces looked amazing with the rest of the room. They chose to do short and tall flower arrangements which adds a lot of variety to each table.

We also provided the DJ entertainment for the evening, as well as, our photo-video booth to capture fun memories of the night. Stephanie and Tim, we enjoyed working with you! We hope everyone had a great time! Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Sarah & Chase 7.27.13 Refinery

Sarah and Chase’s reception had a warm rich feel. The room was set for 300 guests at the Refinery in Champaign. We used 24 amber uplights to give the room a soft candlelit glow. Their custom monogram was really beautiful! They chose a floral pattern to adorn the sides of their names.

We provided the mahogany chiavari chairs with the white chair pads. We loved the look of the dark brown chair and the burlap runners. Burlap has become such a big wedding trend. The centerpieces were mason jars covered in burlap, twine, and lace. It finished off the tables nicely and went well with the theme of the room!

Everything came together so nicely! Ryan had a great time DJing and we hope everyone enjoyed their night! Congratulations on your new marriage Mr. and Mrs. Reedy!

Tessa & Brad 7.20.13 Round Barn Center

Tessa and Brad had a big group of family and friends ready to celebrate their new marriage! The room was set for 375 guests at the Round Barn Center in Champaign. The space looked great decorated in aqua, white, and tan.

The white chair covers and aqua satin sashes looked great paired together. We also set the room with 32 up lights in the same aqua color. The custom monogram finished off the look of the room. It was displayed above the head table and featured their first names with a classic design.

We had a great time DJing for the new married couple and their guests. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves in the photo/video booth as well. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Pilcher! We wish you many years of happiness together!

Amy & Kurt 6.29.13 Decatur Conference Center

Amy and Kurt held their reception in the Holiday Hall ballroom at the Decatur Conference Center with 160 guests in attendance. We provided the ostrich feather centerpieces, which went great with their hot pink, black, and white color scheme. The black charger plates and black chair covers looked great with the hot pink napkins and pops of color throughout the room.

They chose to do some unique centerpieces with glasses, colored stones, and fish. We provided two different colors of uplighting for the day. The head table and pillars throughout the center of the room were accented with hot pink uplighting, while the walls of the room were a soft amber color.

We also provided a custom monogram to display above their head table on our white backdrop. They chose a design that incorporated their first names and last initial, as well as their wedding date. The room turned out great and we hope everyone enjoyed themselves. Congratulations Amy and Kurt!

Krista & Ryan 6.15.13 Hilton

Krista and Ryan’s reception was held at the Hilton Garden Inn in the Alumni ballroom. They had 150 of their closest friends and family join them in celebrating their new marriage.

The room had a very romantic feel with the black and pink decor. The pink satin sashes popped with the black stretch chair covers and black floor length linens we provided. And those centerpieces were absolutely stunning!

We covered the entire room with our white drapery. This always gives a more intimate feel to the space. The pink uplighting looked amazing paired with the drapery and added so much color. Their custom monogram featured their initials with a classic design placed above the head table.

The silver charger plates looked great at each place setting and served as a great spot for the menu cards and napkin to be placed. Chargers always complete the look of every table setting.

The cake was placed in the center of the dance floor with a spotlight to show it off as the guests arrived. We then used the spotlight for the first dance, as well as, the following special dances. We hope you and your guests enjoyed the evening! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Whelan!

Rachel and Chris held their reception at the I Hotel with 225 guests in attendance. Their color was royal blue and pink with silver and white accents. We provided the silver chiavari chairs along with the royal blue uplights.

The blue uplighting added so much color to the room and looked great with the pink floral arrangements. We provided the DJ entertainment for the night as well. They also chose to use our photo booth to capture the fun evening!

Their custom monogram was displayed above the head table and showed off each of their first names along with their last initial. The design they chose was very elegant and fit the rest of the decor perfectly.

We provided the blue satin floor-length linens for their cake table. The spot light helped show off the cake until it was time for the first dances. The room looked great and we hope you and your guests enjoyed the evening! We want to wish the new Mr. and Mrs. Linden the best! Congratulations!
