Wes the tech showed up promptly and was impressive. Quick diagnosis of the problem and offered optional solutions. The HVAC unit is almost 30 years old so we worked through my replacement options. His communication and the availability of a new unit with Mid Florida sealed the deal.
Mid-Fla and my technician Josh was extremely thorough in their inspection, tuneup and evaluation of our AC system. I had many leaks and lots of dust in the duct work. Have now signed up for a complete clean and seal. Can’t wait for the results.

One of our tenants called Mid-Florida Heat & Air last Saturday, May 25th, 2024 requesting a service call for a non-cooling A/C unit. Your technician, Kevin Legate showed up on time, was extremely thorough, checked everything 2 or three times, clearly explained to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it, which he did. There were multiple problems with the 2 systems and I have requested a bid to replace/install 1 of the systems. Hopefully, I'll hear back from them very soon. VERY GOOD service from Mid-Florida Heat & Air and I highly recommend them.
Notified me he was on his way, came in a very reasonable amount of time for an after hours call. Had cold ac blowing within 2 hours of calling in problem. Kevin was very professional, explained what was wrong and what had to be done, got it done and even made sure i had the companies updated card and sticker. Thank you kevin-you rock!

AC quit working Friday night. I called and after a short wait spoke to a dispatcher at 9:30 PM. By 10:30 PM the technician had been here and fixed the problem. I was surprised and very impressed with the quick response. The technician, Jim, was great and I'll ask for him next time the AC needs service.

The crew at Mid Florida heating and air is fantastic!! Second to none!!! I bought a new heat pump in May of 2023 and installed it. On May 2 of this year (Less than a year old) It failed. I called Mid Florida to diagnose it so I could get it fixed under manufacturer warranty and they came out fast! It had a leak. My new unit had a no hassle warranty for the first year. (Anything major fails and the unit gets replaced...) There was a little pushback from the manufacturer but Mid Florida had my family's back and fought for us to get a complete unit replacement under warranty!!! (Including labor) Thank you again for having our back!!!
