Welcome to The Nutnfancy Project or TNP. I am an INDEPENDENT reviewer of "dangerous things" like knives, guns, tac gear, and other stuff I dig. I also review a variety of outdoor equipment. My focus is on high quality stuff that I like, that lasts, and delivers exceptional service for the price paid. onal videos that discuss these POUs with the gear.

M1A SOCOM II Gun Review by Nutnfancy
The 7.62x51mm is a M1A SOCOM II is a recreational high for me: it's fun to run and shoot in a course of fire like the TNP "Sledgehammer." Here I do a prelim run with it, using an EOTECH XPS2-2 as the optic and a KZ 2-point sling. I had my doubts how the I'd do without magnification but the SOCOM turns in an impressive run and it would get only better with practice (and if fresh...the run came at the end of a long cold day out in the desert!). The gun is still too heavy for my an all-around tactical carbine but it is very reliable, accurate, and ultimately cool. ////////////////////////// Music: Derek Audette
