In summer 2023, I wanted to make an edit at this amazing skatepark in Ghent, Belgium. I had been living in that city for almost 2 years and I was moving away. I wanted to remember the good times I had there, so making an edit was the perfect way to do this. I really enjoyed this park and met some lovely people there.
Thanks a lot to the Rolling Raptor for the four days of filming and making this edit! Capturing the smiles in the sunny weather was a lot of fun. And thanks a lot to the Faction Skate Company for the amazing skates and the support! - Aniek Kerkhofs.

Gabe Talamantes is one of those skaters that’s been around for a long time but also feels fresh and exciting. He just has a unique style and good eye for tricks. We’ve long ago lost count of the times we’ve run into Gabe at events or sessions, and his status as one of the core Chicago bladers is unquestioned. But when we crossed paths at the 2023 Metro Card Classic last fall, it was pretty obvious that he’d caught the New York bug.
He said something like “I think I want to move here…” and that was the last we thought about it. Then a couple months ago Gabe started posting clips from NYC sessions. Then he was posting random stuff from around the city. Then we remembered what he’d said and it clicked. Sure enough, this longtime resident of the Windy City had packed his boots and rolled to the Big Apple for a change of scenery. It seems like he’s right at home. Quickly plugging in with local friends and skaters, Gabe got to work with Sean Grossman and his recently acquired vintage Sony VX, plus Shawn Graddy on the shutter for photos as they roamed the city for spots. Now the results are here for your blading inspiration in Gabe’s first New York project, fittingly titled “NYC 2024”.

During the Chileros Tour de Mexico, we were invited to Morelia by Daniel Vallejo. We took the opportunity to visit yet another great city with an amazing skate scene. The day we got there we met most of the crew at an art exhibition and were surprised to see our mate Joe Atkinson was also cruising through the country.
We had a couple of sessions and heard there was a sketchy DIY Bowl up in the hills which was built inside a small unfinished house. Needless to say Joe got super hyped to go and check it out and after a few laps the place transformed into something out of this world. Thank you Daniel, thank you Joe for being amazing people. - Hadrien Bastouil.

Cidy Life destroys all elements of radness in the latest expedition to Valencia (Spain)! Who blocked up the pipeline? Steve Collis? Sam Tuffnell? Simon Isles? Daniele Barco? Harry Pierce? Hob Adams? or Ryan Gillett? Filmed and edited by Ryan Gillett.
Heath Burley have been working on fimling a part since before we ever started Jumbo. Clips don’t come easy though, so it’s taken a while to get this one together. We also both don’t like to just go out and film any old trick. The spot has to be right. Things have to “click”.
It’s not as easy as, “lets just go to the ledge down the street and stack a bunch of tricks we can do”. I feel like, because of social media, we’re all a little desensitized when it comes to watching skating. So when you’re trying to put out a full part, there has to be something that separates the spot from just another run of the mill social media post.
There aren’t any 900’s in this video, but there are truck grinds, bricks, rocks and a lot of shingles. It’s just effort. Life in the moment. It’s been a lot of fun making this section. I’m both happy and sad to be done with it. I hope the footage speaks for itself. I’m sure that it will. Jumbo forever. - Cody Sanders.
