Q: When do you deliver and pick-up the greeting?
A: We deliver between 7pm and 11pm and pick up the display approximately 36 hours later. We can be flexible if special arrangements are needed.
Q: What is your delivery area?
A: Prices noted on website are for Lexington or Nicholasville deliveries. We do also deliver to Versailles, Frankfort, Georgetown, and Richmond for an additional fee. Please call or Email Us to check delivery if outside of aforementioned areas.
Q: How far in advance should I plan my greeting?
A: We can arrange same day or next day service for certain displays if available but we recommend you reserve at least a week in advance to insure availability.
Q: Is a lawn greeting just for birthdays?
A: A lawn greeting is great for birthdays and any other occasion that has special meaning. Celebrate Anniversaries, Retirement, Graduation, Birth Announcements, Get Well Soon, New Home, I Love You, Apologies, I'm Sorry, Welcome Home, Baby Showers, Wedding Showers, Marriage Proposals, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Family Reunions, Open House, Parties, Promotions, Holidays and list goes on and on.
Q: How do I place my order?
A: We can plan your surprise by phone (859-559-9161) or by using our Online Form. We accept cash, check, Venmo, or can invoice you via email through Paypal. A Paypal account is not required.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our daily business hours are from: 8:00am to 9:00pm. Our phone line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please leave your name and phone number and we will call you back in a timely manner.
