Reflections

Reflections is an exhibition that asks viewers to reflect on water’s role in labor and leisure. Photographs in the exhibition will provoke questions about how and when we take time to reflect, and the water’s particular ability to hush or heighten one’s internal state.

New 3D Theater Experience

Big Blue Pictures, a new immersive 3D theater experience at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, is the first and only 3D theater on the SouthCoast of Massachusetts.

AHA! Night | Chase the Rainbow Whales

For AHA! PRIDE, the New Bedford Whaling Museum invites you to go on a scavenger hunt for rainbow whales. Start at the Museum and then venture out to discover the rainbow whales as well as all that Downtown New Bedford has to offer.

Candida Rose Baptista Performance & Lecture

Candida Rose Baptista is a 2nd generation, Cape Verdean American, born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts, the cradle of Cape Verdean American history. She is a vocalist, entertainer, songwriter, educator, and author.
