RFP for Auditing Services
MaineHousing requesting proposals from experienced and qualified certified public accounting firms to provide auditing services for up to five calendar years beginning with the calendar year ending December 31, 2024. Deadline for submission is June 25, 2024 @ 5pm.
RFP for Depository Services
MaineHousing requesting proposals from experienced and qualified financial institutions to serve as the depository for certain reserve and escrow accounts that are assets of the multifamily rental projects financed and/or administered by MaineHousing. Deadline for submission is June 20, 2024 @ 5pm.

Notice of Public Comment - Amendment to the Recovery Housing Program Action Plan
The Maine State Housing Authority is drafting the 2024 Substantial Amendment to the Recovery Housing Program (RHP) Action Plan and encourages citizens to comment. MaineHousing will hold a public hearing to gather comments on the draft Recovery Housing Action Plan on June 13, 2024 at 10 am to gather input. The deadline for written comment is 5:00 pm Monday, June 17, 2024.

2023 State of Maine Housing Study
The passage of LD 2003 required the state to set specific housing production goals. Over the past year, the State of Maine DECD, the Governor's Office of Policy Innovation and the Future, and MaineHousing engaged an outside consultant to conduct a comprehensive housing needs analysis to assess the availability and affordability of housing in the state.
